As part of the Ministry of Justices' new platform - 'An extraordinary job. Done by someone like you.' I needed to create the key assets to drive recruitment into the Probation Service. Delivering at the same time the Prison Service recruitment films we needed to keep a consistent tone and quality - on a fraction of the budget. 

I created 2 films to put the audience directly in the shoes of the Probation Officers. We delivered for social media and BVOD platforms where they continue to run.
